"Stylish house with good quality furnishings. Kitchen and bedrooms particularly lovely though lounge is much smaller and darker than photos online suggest. Struggled a bit with understanding heating controls as no instructions left, but a call to Andrew (caretaker) soon resolved the minor issues we had. "We stayed in the property at the end of January for our annual long weekend away with friends. It's good that each bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had pretty much all we needed. Unfortunately though the property was advertised as having a smart TV. The TV was definitely not smart which was a bit annoying as in winter it's nice to have the option to watch movies etc. So bring your own firestick or cable in order to do this. "

"The house was amazing, 4 bedrooms all with en-suite and large lounge/ diner. It was fantastic accommodation for the week, good location for Padstow, 15 min drive, and near to the A30 for travel on day trips. The on-site facilities were good, including their & Flow-rider. I would stay again and definitely recommended."

"The house is a converted barn and is situated in the country side. It is very comfortable and is kitted with pretty much everything you need. You really feel like you are in the country and it is smack bang in the heart of south western Cornwall. There are many cities close by like Truro, Redruth, Falmouth, St Ives, Penzance etc. There is also a very good pub called the Golden Lion Inn just minutes away. Definitely stay here again."

"I don't think there is a better view in Polruan! House was very clean, but figuring out the heating can be a challenge. Property manager was very helpful and quick to respond to my call. Highly recommend this house and will rent it again if its available next year."

"My friend and I stayed 4 nights. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Breakfast had varied options and was very tasty. Bar staff were friendly.The bathrooms were beautiful and our rooms were very clean and quiet. We were within easy walking distance of plenty of food options, three beaches, Coastal path and public transportation for day trips. I would recommend this hotel to anybody. "Lovely, clean, cosy hotel conveniently located near Falmouth town centre. Lovely harbour view from bedroom and breakfast room. I wish there was a minibar in the room for store cold drinks on a hot day! Very friendly and helpful staff, Would stay here again next time (for the right price!)."
