LAKE HOUSE LIVING in Central Florida.
Nestled on four acres is our beautiful 3500’ three bedroom, four bath, directly on the lake connected to five chains of lakes in St. Cloud Florida. Bring your boat as there is a boat ramp two miles away and explore all the beautiful lakes this area has to offer. There is is an additional bedroom downstairs for an additional fee if needed.
We have an amazing pool with a jacuzzi, full summer kitchen down stairs with a pool table. There is a porch on the front, and a huge 2nd story launi with a side wet bar on the back overlooking the beautiful lake. Take a stroll down the driveway under the old oak tree canopy, or relax with a cocktail while watching the sunset. We are approximately 35 minutes from Orlando, 30 minutes to the VA hospital, and 50 minutes to Melbourne beach.
