The main level includes an open living area, full kitchen, dining space, king bedroom, full bathroom with shower, washer and dryer, and a large enclosed waterfront porch.

Upstairs are additional bedrooms, a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub-and-shower combination, a small office nook, and a flexible loft-style sleeping area.
