Located on beautiful Anastasia Island, this modern condo is within walking distance to historic St Augustine via the Bridge of Lions and biking distance to St Augustine Beach. There are several good restaurants and unique Pubs on the island within a few blocks. Davis shores is a favorite among visitors due to its centralized location to Downtown, the Amphitheater, lighthouse, Beach, and Conch House Marina... all within 3 miles.

This spacious condo is perfect for a weekend getaway or a longer visit with a full kitchen, comfortable family room, and relaxing bedrooms. The kitchen if fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, glasses, service ware, and flatware. The family room is the perfect place to watch a movie, play games, and visit. Cute condo right near flagler college

Had to evacuate for a hurricane and was able to check in early. Owners were attentive and made it a restful stay during our evacuation. super close to downtown st. augustine and is only about a 20 minute walk. would definitely recommend!

Convenient location

We stayed in this condo over Christmas holiday. It was clean and sufficient for our needs. We walked across the Bridge of Lions to see the nights of lights....fantastic display. Christmas is an extremely busy time here!

Very Pleasant stay for a quick weekend trip. It was convenient and close to the main points we wanted to sight see…. Just across the lions bridge into the city ! And soooo close to the lighthouse !! We enjoyed the stay! Place was very clean and host was responsive :)

Second time staying at this place. Clean, well stocked with towels, and kitchen ware and kitchen appliances. Our coffee pot broke and the caretaker brought us a replacement the same day. Love the location and proximity to EVERYTHING! Close to beaches, restaurants, and downtown St Augustine. We brought or bikes and you can ride all over the place. A few downsides: people upstairs were so noisy during the night coming in from a night shift. Seriously heavy footed individuals who woke me every night at 2:30 and clomped around for a few hours. Also could use more /brighter overhead lights in entire condo.

Most convenient location

Clean unit as described with up-to-date electronics and located perfectly for our St. Augustine Alligator Farm visits and our favorite O' Steen's restaurant, as well as the city and the beaches. Have stayed before and will go back. Host was quick to respond to any inquiry.
