Vilano Beach Cottage, 1/2 block to Surfside Beach. Historic Capo Cottage

  • Charming 3/2 cottage located in the historic Surfside Community of Vilano. Once this home belonged to the Capo Family who brought visitors from downtown St Augustine across the Intercoastal on a ferry to the beach in the 1920’s. Today, you can enjoy the vintage vibe, with modern conveniences. Only 2 min walk to Surfside Beach! This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is perfect for small families, girls weekends or little romantic get aways. Beautiful fenced back yard, 2 blocks to public tennis courts and pickleball. Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants and across the street from the beach. One small dog will be permitted with a $100 non refundable pet fee.
