Layout: The main living area of the home (kitchen, living room, dining) are on the 3rd floor. Bedroom 1 / Bathroom 1 (king master suite) and the half bath are also on the 3rd floor. All other bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor.
Pool heat is available seasonally (November through February) for $176.25. Please note: pool heat requires two days to fully heat the water so please let us know at least two days prior to arrival if you`d like the pool heated.
No pets allowed. There is a $500 fine if a pet is found on site.
The elevator on site is not for guest use and is not mentioned in the listing for this reason.
You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.
