Welcome to your ultimate getaway nestled in the prestigious Davis Shores neighborhood of Saint Augustine. This 2BR/2bath, 2LR oasis offers an exceptional blend of comfort & convenience.

Start your day on the lanai with a cup of coffee or take a leisurely bike ride to the Bridge of Lions (bikes provided!) . This property is close to everything Saint Augustine has to offer including historic downtown (just a mile away), Beach, restaurants and shopping galore. You can't beat this location!
The space

During your stay, you can cool off in the private pool right beside the screened-in lanai. The inside space is made for relaxation, whether you're diving into a good book, watching a movie or sharing stories from the day. Each room, living room, and patio are fitted with a smart TV, allowing you to unwind with your favorite shows after a day of exploration. The fully-equipped kitchen gives you the freedom to prepare home-cooked meals, and the in-house smoker is ready for those who enjoy a nice surf 'n turf or barbecued feast.


Other things to note:
*Room for 2 vehicles in the driveway

*The lawn is mowed and pool and hot tub are serviced weekly. Please remain out of the backyard during these times and do not swim a half hour upon cleaning and go in hot tub 2 hours after cleaning.

*The home includes 2 door alarms for the pool. Please set pool alarms for any minors and do not leave children unattended on the patio/ lanai area.

This place is awesome! Daniel and Krista are great hosts. Everything you need is in this rental. The unit is beachy down to the fantastic decorations and the lanai is to die for! We will be back! Excellent property and close to everything you want to do!

Location was convenient and near many visitor opportunities. The hot tube was a bonus. Everything was functional. The bikes were nicely equipped for beach goers. The house decor was not our style and was cheaply furnished. The bedspread was very dirty and all items were worn and outdated. The kitchen had everything but looked like 30 years of a collection of everything. The house was extremely damp and all our belongings smelled of mildew. Not worth all the money we spent.

Best VRBO couch ever

This was an amazing stay. So comfortable- in every sense of the word. Everything you could possibly need to live here- your home away from home. Pool and patio were perfect. So relaxing not to mention the BEST couch we’ve ever had in a vrbo! Will be back!
