Welcome to Your Home Away from Home! Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is located near Downtown St. Augustine. It is designed for both comfort and fun in mind, making it an ideal choice for families, friends, groups, and pet lovers.

The living room features a large 75" Roku TV with a Klipsch home theater system, perfect for movie nights. Relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoy your steaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and etc (using your own personal accounts). Below the tv, there are plenty of kid and adult games such as Let's Get Deep, UNO, Monopoly, Sequence, Charades for Kids, Game of Life, Jenga, and more! For added fun, the game room (an adapted garage with a mini split A/C) includes a billiard pool table for endless entertainment.

The bedrooms are cozy and spacious are designed to provide a restful night's sleep. with three bedrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone, plus a sofa bed (queen/full size) for additional guests. Remember the maximum number of guests is 8. The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom for your convenience, while the other two bedrooms share a second full bathroom. The master bedroom has a large 55” tv and a large closet room which has a dedicated workspace, beach chairs, beach wagon, beach towels, cooler, children's toys in plastic box, Pack n' Play, iron/ironing board, umbrella, extra pillows, and extra bed linens. The twins bedroom comes with a 32” Roku Smart TV.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer located in the game room, making it easy to keep your clothes fresh during your stay.

Step outside into the fenced backyard, a secure area perfect for pets to roam freely. The fire pit and gazebo offer relaxing spaces to unwind after a day of exploring. Plus, you can also enjoy a cookout on the gas grill.

Our home is located less than 3 miles from the Downtown St. Augustine. You'll have easy access to a variety of downtown attractions, including restaurants, breakfast spots, shops, bars, breweries, museums, historical sites, and entertainment options. Explore the nearby beaches, just 7-20 minutes away depending on your chosen destination, and soak up the sun and surf.

Navigating the area is a breeze, whether you're driving or opting for an Uber or Lyft. Enjoy the convenience of quick and affordable rides to nightlife and entertainment venues, with exceptions on special days like the Fourth of July and Nights of Lights.
