  • Welcome to Oceans Joy, your oceanfront escape along St. Augustine Beach’s beloved Golden Mile. This is a place to slow down, unplug, and let the sound of the waves set the pace for your stay.

    Sip your morning coffee on the oceanfront balcony, feel the sea breeze, and take in endless views from both bedrooms. Inside, you’ll find updated appliances and fresh, comfortable furnishings designed for easy, stress-free living. Spend your days lounging by the pool, walking the non-driving beach just steps away, or simply relaxing with the ocean as your backdrop.
    Everything is thoughtfully equipped so you can arrive, unpack, and truly unwind. We invite you to leave the busy world behind and enjoy the simple joy of beach life at Oceans Joy.

    No Smoking and No Pets.

    The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in the kitchen for easy meal prep. There are beach chairs and several beach toys provided. We do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard. There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

    * 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
    * 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
    * 1 Paper Towel Roll
    * 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
    * 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
    * Dishwasher tabs
    * Laundry Soap
    * Several Kitchen Trash Bags
    * New Sponge
    * General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Great getaway!

We had a wonderful, relaxing week at Ocean’s Joy. The location is so convenient for walking to restaurants or shopping. The view is incredible and the condo has everything that anyone could possibly need. We definitely plan to come back next year.

The condo was clean and the patio is large and beautiful views. Only recommendations would be to provide more comfortable seating on the patio and new pillows in the 2nd bedroom. Communication was good and nice small condo community. The beach in front is peaceful and no cars permitted on this end. Close to walk to restaurants and coffee bar. Would stay here again..

Great location and that porch 👌

We stayed late April/early May. It was the perfect time as the tourist traffic seemed to be minimal and the beach attendance was low. The unit was just perfect for our party of 4 girls. The porch facing the ocean was perfect for watching the sun rise and playing card games on the outdoor table while listening to the ocean waves. Several restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. I would love to come back to this unit and I would recommend it to anyone else.

Wonderful

This was the 20th anniversary of a girls trip with 3 former co-workers, now living in different states. The condo was super comfortable and clean, an incredibly beautiful view from the back porch, and a georgeous beach just steps away. The location was ideal, close to grocery stores, restaurants and downtown St. Augustine. Would definitely book this spot again. My only suggestion would be a more cohesive set of glassware. There was one of these, one of those, etc.
