Fanta Sea is located on Anastasia Island, just 10 minutes south of downtown Saint Augustine. Situated in a tranquil area, this beautiful pool home spans three levels and features three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. It offers one king, queen, two twins, and a sleeper sofa bed. The bathrooms include a walk-in shower and a tub-shower combo. Each bedroom has a TV. The property includes a full kitchen, a large dining area, and an optional elevator. The spacious backyard is fully fenced.

This quiet neighborhood is on a dead-end street, attracting both vacationers and year-round residents. The beach is two minutes away, accessible via a new wooden walkway. The walkway offers stunning views of the dunes, beach, and ocean, plus opportunities to see local wildlife.

The pool may be heated for an additional $250 for up to seven days to a maximum of 84 degrees. Add this option to your reservation at least 48 hours before arrival. Please note that we do not offer pool heating from Memorial Day through the end of September.
