It was NOT as advertised , Our tv did not work , the ceiling fan did not work , there was no thermostat control in room so the room was VERY HOT (good thing we brought a fan with us).the parking was VERY tight . The only good thing I could say about property is the location. I don’t think we will stay there again .

Pictures online do not match the actual property. They must be AI generated. This is a bed and breakfast. There was no breakfast no continental breakfast no milk or cream for coffee. Nothing it says pay when you leave pay property. There was no one around in the morning there was no one around when I checked in until some woman came out of the backyard to show me to my room never saw another person at that property. I paid for a king room I had a queen size bed everything about this place was false advertisement for $350 a night. I could've stated the Hilton on Main Street for half the price I have videos and I have pictures to prove that what they have posted is not what this place looks like and the fact that it was a bed-and-breakfast and there was no breakfast is a joke and I refuse to have to pay $350 for what I got. I already contacted Expedia and basically they were like well too bad we can give you $50 in one K but it is a private property so you would have to take it up with them. I also took out insurance so I guess I will have to call the insurance company to see if I can get any refund. This was a gross unattractive horrible experience.

This hotel was miss represented. The pictures and the advertising statements were not true to the present property. The buildings are rundown and the grounds have not been kept up. Parts of the hotels are cleaned out and are being renovated. The parking area is terrible. We did not eat the breakfast which was an extra charge. Totally over priced for the rooms and amenities. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Bad experiance.

気になった点 : 設備とサービス
I will preface this review by saying we stayed here previously last year and it was an amazing 5 stars as this is why we booked again. This time it was very different. In booking the room this time I was unaware that they were apparently doing some work and the room ended up being back in the carriage house. The room was ok but we really enjoyed our last stay in the main building. We were immediately concerned as we entered the room and it was warm and realized that the air was controlled by a central ac in the hall way for all the rooms in the carriage house. While we were the only ones staying in the carriage house that was still a concern as we like it very cold when we stay. We were told we could adjust the thermostat as we desired but when we did, it did not start to reduce the temp and said it would take hours. When we called they said they could change it remotely. We asked for another room but none were available. The temp did end up adjusting to our preferred level after several calls. Check-in was not conducted by office staff as it was not open. Rather it was by the cleaning staff. Also, there was no access to Ice as they said the main building was not accessible and the sister property did not have a working ice maker. Unfortunately it did not live up to our original experience.
