Anastasia Condos is the tallest oceanfront condominium complex on St. Augustine Beach (7 floors), with 3 elevators to quickly get to the beach, pool, or rental condo. Restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores are nearby, with sidewalks that allow a leisurely walk to these sites. You are only a short drive to the St. Augustine Lighthouse and Alligator Farm. There is so much to do and see in St. Augustine, Florida!

This spacious two-bedroom, two-bath with ocean views has been completely remodeled and Professionally Decorated!

Our condo is among the best—just a 2-minute walk from the beautiful, white-sand beach. The gourmet kitchen has all the amenities to entertain or relax with family. This well-decorated condo includes all the comforts of home and more: large closets, floor-to-ceiling windows in the great room and master bedroom, comfortable furnishings, and a kitchen bar/dining area!
From the front door, you can see the pool area and a quiet, spacious balcony that overlooks the pool area for your enjoyment! The white sandy beach, surfers riding the waves, and dolphins swimming up the coast are often seen from the living room and balcony. Grab a book and a cold drink, and enjoy!

Anastasia Condos also features:

Great place

Only gripe (although it really wasn’t a big deal at all) was “checking in” with the condominium office and getting your parking pass. You only have an hour window between when you’re allowed to check in to the unit and when the office closes. We got there right as the office closed on Wednesday and they were closed on Thursday. So we weren’t able to get our parking pass until Friday. We had access to our unit the whole time and our vehicle was never towed so it ended up being a non issue. I’m assuming they’re pretty lax about towing cars without a pass, but we had no way of knowing that. Other than that, it was a great place. This unit is directly across from the elevator, which made it super convenient. 10 steps to the elevator, a quick ride down to the main level, and another 15 steps, and you’re at the pool! Despite being so close to the elevator/pool, we never heard a sound. Everyone is super respectful of “quiet hours,” which was great.

Immaculate and recently renovated Condo

The newly renovated condo was spotless. Many upgrades including washer and dryer. Rooms very spacious and beautifully decorated. Ocean view from living room. The only thing is master bedroom King bed was very hard if you like a firm mattress. Loved that both bedrooms had a king bed.

Five days in Paradise

We had beautiful weather, the condo was perfect for the two couples and we were celebrating my birthday. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable, I wish I would have brought my own pillow but I am a picky pillow person. Quick walk to the beach we brought a wagon and loaded up with the chairs, cooler, snacks and spent everyday most of the day on the beach. The dock with the ramp and not stairs was very easy to navigate down to the beach. We cooked and there were plenty of pots/pans the appliances were awesome. The restaurant A1A Back 40 we went to and it was great service and good food. We also went to Salt Life Food Shack and it was also delicious. Check in was easy and the 2nd floor was a perfect location they had carts, and buggy's to load up the items we were bringing and it made it so easy, and even a patio outside the condo to hang out and have drinks over the pool. The pool was also very nice and a great place to cool off. From the balcony a little bit of the ocean view was gorgeous. The dock with the ramp and not stairs was very easy to navigate down to the beach. We will be booking another stay here at Marty's condo. Thanks for making my birthday so awesome.

Escape to the beach

We had a wonderful time and were very impressed with the condo. The only issue we had was in obtaining the parking pass because the association office was not open on the weekend. Overall, the property was beautiful and the location was perfect!

New Year Stay 12/28-1/2

Had a wonderful time for our New Year stay, unit was clean, well stocked, grounds and unit were nice. Boardwalk going out to beach was great. Secure grounds, close to St. Augustine and all the restaurants. Only complaint was TV would freeze while watching bowl games. Great place to stay and convenient to everything. Check in and access was great.

This was our first time to St Augustine and we fell in love!

My wife and I and our friends spent the week in St. Augustine. We had never been to this location and we were not sure what to expect. We loved the condo with the beach access. And the beach was gorgeous! Highly recommend this condo!
