We had an amazing time staying at this unit. It was the perfect size for our family of four, it was very clean, and in a great location on St Augustine Beach. We loved sitting on the rooftop deck in the evening with a view of the ocean. We will definitely be back!

Great property just steps from the beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was convenient to some great restaurants and bars and was about a two minute walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and this place is one of the few properties that we found in St. Augustine Beach that offered two king beds. We enjoyed our time relaxing in the house and on the deck and would definitely book this house again!

Great beach place

I think this is the 3rd (or 4th) time we have VRBOed a property in the St Augustine Beach area. Location is great, property was clean and well cared for, beds/linens/towels were all quality. Heating/AC worked great, and there were three big TVs for the kids. Would happily stay here again anytime! Five stars ***** !

Enjoyed a great week at Marty's property, exactly as advertised. Great views of the ocean from the Deck, enjoyed sitting out there and hearing the waves in the background. Watched New Years Eve Fireworks from the deck as well. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and a short drive into downtown St. Augustine.
