Beautiful Ocean View 3/2 spacious ocean view apartment! Completely remodeled w/granite counters and top-of-the-line appliances. Located in the heart of St. Augustine Beach, just a few homes off the beach.
This open concept apartment is perfect for your vacation getaway. This unit occupies the entire second floor and is very spacious! Prepare your meals in the beautiful kitchen withtop-of-the-linee appliances. The apartment features 2 king-sized beds and a queen-size sleeper sofa, bringing the total occupancy to 6. This unit also has a rooftop ocean view deck and a large private courtyard! There is also a common outdoor shower.

Beach Weekend

Had a fabulous weekend on the beach! Property is in a great location with access to the beach and plenty of restaurants with in walking distance. Private courtyard was great for the dogs.

Beautiful Stay

We an an excellent time at this home. It’s clean, beautiful, well located for the beach and driving to town. We all had a beautiful time. The property manager was rude and didn’t respond anywhere close to property. Nevertheless, I would stay here and recommend staying here to everyone as you really don’t need to see the property anyway and there were zero problems. Lovely vacation home.

Wonderful Place to Stay

Great Location! Wonderful outdoor decks, comfortable beds, good living spaces. Could use a few more dishes and tools in the kitchen and hooks in bedrooms/bathrooms for pjs and such but not a big deal. Beach is an easy walk away. We hope to come back!

Weekend Getaway

My friends and I had such a wonderful time at this Unit (Unit A). We were seconds away from the beach, had a rooftop balcony view, and the overall layout of the property was awesome. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. The only areas of improvement I would suggest would be adding some more toiletries in the bathrooms (more toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, and soap). Overall 5/5

11 4th street Saint Augustine Beach. Unit A

Clean as can be in the unit. Great location. Minor issues…. All the dishes and cookware are old and need to be replaced. Decor old and just ugly…. All kitchen items were dirty… pans with food still on them. I would stay there again for sure as those issues were very minor.

Awesome Locations But Missing Important Stuff

The location is a 10 out of 10; short walk to the beach, short walk to many excellent restaurants and bars. The space is also a 10 out of 10; clean and well appointed. The downside is the deck pictures are staged - and this (potentially) is the best part of the property. There is no seating on the first deck, and the upper deck has only low seating, so while a view of the ocean whilst enjoying the decks is possible - it does not exist. Very disappointing. Second (and my bad for not reading the details) there are no beach chairs/umbrellas/towels. So if you are flying in from out of town, as we did, you need to go out and purchase these items. Quite frankly having rented numerous beach/lake houses - this was a first for me. So much potentail here.

Beautiful condo

The unit was exactly as it is pictured on VRBO. Just a few steps to the beach. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. LOVED the 2 decks!

Idealic in every way! Quiet, clean, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, wonderful roof deck with a few of the ocean and walking distance to great food and shopping. We can't wait to come back!

Great spot

Very beautiful & peaceful. Good location, you can see the ocean from the place. There are a couple places down the road for breakfast and lunch and there is a market by the pier on certain days.

Great beach place

I think this is the 3rd (or 4th) time we have VRBOed a property in the St Augustine Beach area. Location is great, property was clean and well cared for, beds/linens/towels were all quality. Heating/AC worked great, and there were three big TVs for the kids. Would happily stay here again anytime! Five stars ***** !

St. Augustine Beach Getaway

This property is truly stunning. It has everything you could possibly want to enjoy at beach getaway. The views are awesome and you can hear the ocean from the outoor patios. The spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment (although it feels more like a home) is the perfect size for 2 couples traveling together. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal with local fish. And having a full size washer/dryer is always a bonus. Marty, the host, and First Choice Florida, the management company, were easy to work with and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

We very much enjoyed our accommodations in St. Augustine. The information supplied to us was very informative and accurate. We did experience a problem with the dishwasher but management was very helpful as was the service person who worked on the dishwasher. Thank you for making this a memorable vacation!
