Panaramic View of Ocean/beach on sixth floor with elevators and stairs.

This unit is South Facing Ocean View Condo on 6th floor, 3 elevators in the building! Anastasia condo is a gated beachfront community with tennis courts and a heated pool. Our condo is located on the sixth floor of a seven floor building tallest in St Johns County. Enjoy one floor living with easy elevator access. This condo host a king size bed in the master and a queen bed and a single bed in the guest room with flat screen TV's in both rooms. New living room furniture and dining room chairs and bar stools. New ceiling fans in living room and dining room. The rental manager and owner looks forward to maintaing our five star rating and reputation.
This wonderful condo is the perfect choice to enhance your vacation. Located just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean. The property offers tennis courts, heated swimming pool, car wash, RV/boat parking, private beach boardwalk, cable HD TV and free WIFI provided by owner. Enjoy beach side strolls or simply relaing on the south side balcony enjoying the sounds and views of the ocean.
Both bedrooms include walk-in closets and ceiling fans. The modern kitchen is well stocked to ensure you can create fabulous meals or take advantage of the excellent selection of local restaurants nearby and some within walking distance. (Parents/grandparents check out the children splash park "St. John's County Pier Park" right at the beach/ocean on Beach Blvd.)
Approximately 10 miles North on A1A is the Historic City of St. Augustine offering fine and casual dining, outstanding shopping, boutiques, ghost tours, carriage rides, sailing tours nd many additional attractions.
Anastasia Condos is located an hours drive south to Daytona along the ocean or North to Jacksonville with a 45 minute drive. We are approimately two hours fro Disney for a fund day trip.

Our owners furnish beach chairs, cart and towels. Often guests leave umbrellas and toys which you are welcome to use.

The place is cozy and neat and well kept. The access to the beach and the thoughtful inclusion of beach chairs and umbrellas were a great addition. Overall the stay was comfortable but for the exception of basic supplies at the house with the exception of a starter kit. We are used to homes on other popular rental platforms providing lot of basic utilities for the duration of the stay including toilet paper, paper towels, dish wash tablets, laundry detergents and trash bags, and it was surprising this VRBO not providing much else other than a starter pack. Though this exclusion was mentioned in the booking email that I only received on the day of when I called and requested it, it was not in the property listing and the little gesture could have made a big difference in our prep and planning for the visit. Lastly, small inconveniences like broken scissors in the unit and the lack of clear signage to find the unit when we arrived late at night could help future guest experiences, but nothing that we could not figure out.

Amazing place, location, and views!

We LOVED our stay here! The place was very clean and you could smell that it had been cleaned which I loved! Views are beautiful and the balcony was amazing! There are huge mirrors in the dining/living room that allows you to see the views of the beach everywhere you looked. The condo had everything we needed. The walk to the beach wasn't bad but we got a little lost trying to find it lol. There weren't any cons. Things that may need a little TLC are the beds they weren't very comfortable but may be comfortable to others just not us. The shower in the master bedroom is my dream shower! Something that may need attention is after your shower the water puddles pretty bad in front and beside the toilet. All things that can be fixed and aren't a big deal we just put a towel down. Everything was amazing and we will definitely be backback.again! . location.

Perfect beach getaway

We were traveling back to NC from Universal Studios and stopped here for a few nights. Perfect location, right on the beach, close to lots of great attractions like the pier, shopping, historic St Augustine. We enjoyed the heated pool and saw fireworks on NYE from the beach. Lovely host and everything in the condo is even better than pictured.

Perfect getaway!

Judy and I have been coming to St. Augustine for decades and we feel like we’ve found a home away from home. We’ve rented condos at Anastasia before on the 7th floor. Wonderful Fall Retreat

We loved our stay in St Augustine. The complex is older but very nice. They were even making improvements while we were there. The condo is very spacious and the view is outstanding. The mirrors in the living area allow you to see the ocean from several vantage points. We enjoyed the heated pool and the relaxing atmosphere. It was very peaceful and quiet. Patty was a great host and we hope to return again soon!
