「This was my second stay at this property. My previous stay was with the former owners of No 5 East and it is lovely to see this 126 year old home being renovated/spruced up. This property is so convenient to downtown Winnipeg and is in a lovely residential area backing on the river. There are generous included amenities and having areas outside of the room (lounge areas on the main and second floors) are great to enjoy the home. 「Property and the staff were super nice. Quiet and clean. Normally get a hotel when in town, but this was a very nice change and had good vibes. Didnt get to check out the hot tub, but will next time. Also, the other customers were friendly too! 」

「Hosts are very nice and communicative. I was in room 6 in the basement. Kitchen has everything. I like the touch of the white noise machine and space heater for the basement. Comfortable bed. Bedroom door had lock with key. Shared mini fridge in the basement with freezer. Shower in the basement was good with good pressure. As a young solo female, I felt safe. Very good price, especially when booking early.」

「Our host Olujimi is a very kind man who waited up for us on our late arrival. It was very comforting and congenial of him to stay awake to make sure we could gain entry to our rental with no issues.
