"The rooms were very large, the ensuite was clean and toiletries were provided. The only suggestion would be for the floorboards in the room above Sopwell (ground floor) to be screwed down as these were squeaky when the occupant in the room above was moving around which woke us up as the squeaks were quite loud. The free parking was great and the system was easy to use, the instructions sent prior to arrival were clear for the check-in and checkout process. "

The shower wouldn’t turn off on the first use so Chris, the owner had to come over to fix it. The living area was cold and a notice said ‘do not touch the heating temps’. The TV didn’t work. There was no dish soap, no toiletries in the bathroom.I requested a days refund but both parties claim the other should make the decision even though neither sent me ‘check in’ instructions until the second day of the rental."
