The lady who works at the General Store was very helpful in letting is use her phone when we learned Verizon does not have service up there. "I couldn’t comment on how the interior of the property is because we NEVER got the chance to enter. I never received check in instructions from the host. I called them and I didn’t have a chance to request them because as soon as I said I was the guest renting their cabin, they hung up. I called 5 times and they ignored my calls. We were stranded in sequoia with nowhere to go. So we left. They claimed they sent the instructions on Vrbo… I booked on Expedia not Vrbo, and I don’t have a Vrbo...
