気になった点 : 清潔度
The host took her time replying. We were there at 4pm and I hadn’t received any check-in information - finally after calling and sending several messages she replied and said she sent the message at 8am which she did not! I looked back through all my emails and no message was sent to me at 8am. We finally got into the home at 4:15! When asked if we could request a late check out she replied it was booked and had to be cleaned which was a lie as I looked to book it for another night. The home was not clean! Dog hair was everywhere! Wall plug-in’s were broken and when you plugged your phone into one, sparks flew. Both bathroom sinks drained very slow - water finally would go down! The stainless in the kitchen looked as it hadn’t been cleaned in forever, it was smeared and dirty! To enter the house, the bush in front was hanging over the sidewalk - you had to walk in the grass or it would slap you in the face. To top it off, the fire alarm in the downstairs bedroom was gone and the wires hanging down! We opened the back door to go out and the handle fell off - we had to push it back in. The pot holders in the kitchen had not been washed and had dog hair all over them. The chairs outside in the back were horrible as the seats were completely ripped so not able to be used. These things were totally unacceptable and I can also go to social media if you would like me to! I also took photos for proof!!
