We absolutely loved our stay here. This house was just as pictured, which doesn’t always happen! It was so spacious, relaxing and beautiful. The location is perfect and I would absolutely recommend anyone coming to the area to rent this place if they have a large group! The decor was awesome!!

Great spot for a large family to stay

It was a sad occasion for us as my family had my mother's memorial service in Yellow Springs. My family all attended and the property was great for us. The large backyard and spacious indoor space was perfect for us.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay... we saw Chapelle & Friends w/ a great place to stay just minutes from the venue. We enjoyed the deck upon arrival and saw an eagle and a few deer at dusk. then upon our return from the show we sat on the deck to enjoy reflecting on the comedy and savoring friendships... perfect spot for all the above!!!

Perfect family vacation

The location is great being so close to Young’s Dairy as well as beautiful hikes at John Bryan, Clifton Gorge and Glenn Helen. The property is clean and very nice and the sunrises over the cornfield were great. All 10 of us had plenty of room and the kids could run around in the fenced in backyard while adults grilled dinner. I hope to stay again sometime.

Book club group

This was our second trip to yellow springs and this property. We had a wonderful time and the layout of the home works very well for our group. We had ample room to dine and visit together. The host is easy to contact. Highly recommend this lovely property!

Perfect gathering spot

Our group of 4 couples from IN and MI met here to ride the great bike trails. The house was perfectly situated with close proximity to the Little Miami Trail. The open concept kitchen, dining, and family room was a perfect gathering space and plenty of space to spread out for sleeping with six bedrooms.

Eclipse Family Trip

With the combination of beds/bathrooms and space, the house met all our needs for an extended family gathering. The property was the perfect place for viewing the total Eclipse. Close to Yellow Springs, Young's Dairy, hiking, large backyard. With all these options, our group age range of 1-83 found something for everyone.

This house was great for 14 of us. Enough space for all of us. The deck and the swing set in the fenced in yard so so nice to have. Enough bathrooms for that many peiple. I really loved this house. When we come up again i will be seeung if its available.

It was great

The property was perfect for us. Plenty of room, very clean, everything we needed. I would recommend it to everyone. There was a play house, swing set and fire pit. Of course, we 80 year old ladies didn't use those! The host was very accommodating and helpful. We hope to go back.

Great stay for a large group.

If you have a large group of people, this is a great place to stay. There are six bedrooms and three full baths. The living room, kitchen and dining room along with the deck that goes around half of the house was great for our family while spending time there. The only disappointment was the swingset outside. It hasn’t been kept up and the treehouse was unusable. Outside of that we had a great time and would stay there again if we were in the area. Highly recommend!

Spacious and Clean

My family stayed here because we travelled to Ohio for my son's college graduation. I had never used Vrbo before as I always stay in hotels. I was not disappointed in my choice. This house was spacious, has a wonderfully sized kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. The family room was also a great size. The entire house was also very clean and stocked with all of the essentials. My entire family group loved it. I even left something after l checked out and the owner allowed my son to pick it up because he was still in Ohio. I'm forever grateful and would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in town.

We stayed at the house for my granddaughter’s wedding and had family from 3yr old to 76! The house was well laid out for our family and the children enjoyed the yard and play area. The deck space was beautiful and we enjoyed our evenings on the deck. Location was excellent with much to do near by. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a very comfortable and accommodating space for a large crowd!
