「Perfect for my event that I had for National Harbor. Quiet, Clean, accessible and so convenient that there are stores below to grab coffee, food and some light grocery shopping at Aldi. Check in process a bit confusing with the various messages from a service. I couldn't locate where to get the key, but once I did, it was smooth sailing. Check out easy.」

「The building and hallways are dated and have that old smell. The apartment itself was clean upon entry. It was decorated nice. However, when we went to cook many of the dishes were dirty. We also started moving the decorative plates off the dining table to eat dinner and had roaches run from under the plates. I got a picture of a baby one that I will include. My son in law also said that he found a bedbug on the couch and killed it. These are issues that people don’t want to deal with on...

「This was a great place to stay for a quick vacation. Close to DC and Georgetown, and super close to Great Falls for a hiking day. The premise was clean, tidy, and fully equipped. We appreciated the washer and dryer, as we had been traveling for work and needed to wash some clothes. 」

「Beautiful and spacious home! Not too much to ask for clean before leaving as well. TV and internet worked well, no problems. Great communication from the owner as well. 」

「Positives: I loved the location. Next to walking paths, restaurants, grocery store, athletic fields, aquatic center, and Potomac overlook. Close to DC without being in it. I felt safe in the area. Negatives: I did not like having to provide a selfie for me and IDs for relatives staying with me. This was due to no front desk personnel on site: I had to deal with issues through customer service personnel in another state. I was very disappointed when a maintenance worker walked into the apartment...

「Ezra was super nice and easy to work with. Very accessible and clean. It was a little heavy on the CBD smell/smoke when we first got in on Saturday but the odor decreased as the week went on. Couldn’t even notice it by Tuesday! Accommodations were perfect for me and 3 teens, room to spread out and cook too!」
