「The property was undeniably beautiful and spacious, but the pre-arrival process was a disaster. I booked a Global Luxury Suites hotel via hotels.com, only to find it was actually the Skymark building, owned by Churchill. I opted to pay upon arrival, yet my card was charged in full 7-10 days before my stay without any explanation. Attempts to resolve this with hotels.com failed; they couldn't contact the company. A search for "Global Luxury Suites, Reston VA" revealed it didn't exist. I received...

「We had a great stay!! It was perfect for myself, husband, and teen daughter. The neighborhood was quiet and parking was easy. Loved the renovations and it had everything we needed. Enjoyed seeing the bunny in the yard and fireflies in the evening. Walked to Comet Ping Pong twice to eat. Also the bagel shop in the morning for breakfast. Explored the city daily. We took two tours, saw monuments, went to a few museums and the zoo. We had an excellent time overall and would highly recommend! Thank...

「Perfect in every way for 3 day visit. Lodging exactly as described with easy entry by code. Excellent communication with host and would absolutely stay again! One block from Metro station for Orange, Blue, and Silver lines to Arlington Cemetery, Marines Band performance on Tuesday evenings at Iwo Jima memorial, all the sights on the mall and near Library of Congress. Ate in or carried out several times - Bullfeathers, opposite metro entrance.」

「Room was very nice with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with laundry detergent if you need to throw in a load. Pool was great and is open 11-8. Plenty of parking (pd) around the building—it is easier to see what is available before it gets dark. Metro blue line stop is less than 5 minutes walking and you can even go through the Marriott lobby to get underground there. Such an easy home base to get to all the sights in DC with the closeness of the Metro...

「This property was amazing and matched the description exactly. It was spacious, quiet, and clean. I didn’t use the amenities but from what saw, they were great. From the pool, gym, rec area; everything was nice. It even has a Aldi grocery store in site, coffee and Urgent Care. It seems like it has it all! There were a few things I didn’t like, for example, the mattress on the bed was way too soft and you literally sink into it when you lay on it. Some people may like it, but it wasn’t for me....

「Note the signs for street cleaning days before parking; we had no issue there. The address that popped up on the Maps site the day before was for the VRBO across the street, but Tambor got us straightened out. You may just want to check the address when you message ahead of time. The apartment is clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay.」
