Had a lovely stay here while visiting Zion! The pool was super nice and refreshing after hot days hiking. The room was cute and clean, and the hotel was quiet. Friendly owner who gave some good tips for hiking!

The front desk staff went above and beyond to help us out when we arrived early. Very friendly, informative, and helpful. The location was a short walk to shuttle stop 4 making getting in/out of the park quick and easy. Plenty of restaurants within a short walk. Our room was comfortable, clean, and pretty. The only issues (minor) were no microwave in room and the pool area closed at 8pm.

This location is perfect and super close to Zion national parks entrance. It was so clean and the bed was very comfortable. Super close to all the great dining and shopping Springdale has and staff was super friendly.

We loved everything about our stay! From the amenities to our free parking. We arrived late but they were super accommodating to have us arrive late with an entry code. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning was perfect for the hot summer night.

Room itself was clean, bed was comfortable. Plenty of shelf storage, not mush room to hang clothing. Small room, but it worked as most of our days were spent at Zion. Easy to walk to shuttle, restaurants and grocery store. Small Refrigerator in the room. Bakery in the parking lot was amazing.

The Petty Ranch Inn was a small, minimalist motel in the heart of Springdale and a perfect spot to explore Zion National Park. It is well located to numerous restaurants and bike rental stores so you could park your car and walk or bike where you wanted to go. The room and bathroom were clean and well maintained but there was no closet or drawers for clothes. There was a mini refrigerator. The air conditioner worked well and also served as a sound machine at night. We used the pool and hot tub which were nice after a day of hiking.
