The space
• 3-bedroom 1600 Sqft home
• Parking for up to 3 vehicles on the yard
• Pets are allowed
• 5-10 mins to shopping centers, and local restaurants

THE KITCHEN & DINING AREA
Fully equipped for all your culinary needs, our kitchen features a gas stove/oven, blender, toaster, cooking pans, baking trays, and essential supplies like coffee, oil, sugar, salt. All modern appliances including a coffee machine, microwave, and fridge. Perfect for guests who love to cook and dine in comfort.
Dining tables and chairs both inside and outside the home give you places to sit and enjoy your culinary creations.
THE LIVING AREA
The room are air-conditioned, and feature flat screen smart TVs you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch. There is even a game console.
THE 3 BEDROOMS
All 3 Bedrooms and Bathrooms are on the ground floor. Perfect for elders or disabled family members. Completely wheelchair accessible throughout.
• Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed, Baby Crib, Dedicated Workspace, Smart TV with en-suite half bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed, Smart TV and a Workspace area
• Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed
• Extra Double Living Room: 1 Queen Bed, Couch, Smart TV
1.5 BATHROOMS
Fully-stocked Bathrooms with everything you need: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, along with a hairdryer and fresh towels.
OUTSIDE SPACE
A massive gated yard provides a safe space for your pets and kids to play and explore, giving you peace of mind knowing they’re safely contained within the perimeter of the property.
PARKING
A big group needs lots of parking space, and here, the driveway provide spaces for up to 3 vehicles.
LAUNDRY
In-unit washer, dryer, and detergent are available.
REMOTE WORKING
Reliable 500 Mbps Wi-Fi, easily reliable enough to make hosting an online meeting or sharing a large file with clients or colleagues easy.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire right side 3-bedroom home. The left side of the house is another 2-Bedroom Duplex for another guest. Each home has their own separate entrance and yard and not share anything.

FREQUENTLY-ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
• Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite.
• Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation.
• Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Please add them to your reservation and clean up after your pets during your stay. Let us know if you have any special requests
• How far is the home from specific locations? Use Google Maps with "Carlsbad St, Spring Valley, CA 91977" for accurate distances.
• What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day.
• If there’s gas grill and the propane tank happens to be low, we will reimburse guests for refilling the tank. Due to strict CA law, gas can not be easily delivered.
• Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking.
• How’s the home cleaned? Cleaned with natural products. Because our family cleans our home, we hope guests treat our home like their own.
• "Entire home" vs "Entire house"?
“Entire home” is not the same as “entire house”. “Entire home” refers to the whole living space that the guest will have private access to during their stay. There may be multiple units or sections within a big property land, as long as the guest has exclusive access to the areas listed in the reservation. For example, an “entire home” could be a (one-bedroom) apartment, a condo, or a studio that the guest uses alone, even if another unit exists elsewhere on the property.
• If I book the entire home for 1 person, can I bring as many people as I want?
No. You must book with the correct guest count, including visitors counted as half a guest each, to ensure everyone is authorized.
• Please input the correct guest count in your reservation, including the visitors (counted as half guests) and pets.
• Guest needs to present their ID as a part of the check-in process
• Is smoking allowed? No smoking inside, only OUTSIDE the home and further away from the neighbors — please close all doors/windows and collect smoking residues/cigarette butts to prevent the smell from getting into the home
Key-related issues:
• If you think you may forget/lose the key or lock yourself out of the home, we strongly advise you to place the key back into the lockbox when you go outside.
A minimum fee of $100 may be applied to key-related issues such as forgetting to return keys after checkout, lost keys, locking yourself out and requiring us to travel to bring spare keys, or key replacements, etc.
Pet Reminder: If your dogs bark or potentially make loud noise when they are alone at the house, please bring them with you or place them somewhere quiet to avoid neighbor complaints
