「This was our 2nd stay. It never disapoints. You can spend time with family in the pool and game room. Clean and plenty of space. Quiet neighborhood with plenty to do and see in Columbia or Nashville. The house is beautiful and always feels like home.」

「What a lovely getaway! Drove in for a mid-week concert in Nashville and lucked out finding this most precious property, for a couple extra days, just a short drive south. It is as picture perfect as the listing shows, literally steps away from all that Leiper’s Fork has to offer and just a short drive to Franklin and its beautiful downtown. The home is so quaint and beautifully decorated, comfy beds, all the amenities… every door and step and window telling the remarkable story of its history....

「Stayed here for a concert at FirstBank Amphitheater. Short drive to the venue, and lots to do nearby! Got invited to the barn to meet the horses on arrival, as it was feeding time. Went over to the fence the next morning, and one walked right over to say hi. Loved the space! It was perfect for a weekend getaway. 」

「Such a great house that is well maintained. There were a couple instances where we had to be mindful about one of the neighbors using profanity within an earshot of us/kids. While out of the homeowners control, something to consider. Would recommend to others!」
