The Space:

Built for big groups that want both action and downtime — 6 bedrooms, sleeps 16. Multiple living areas mean everyone can spread out; a dedicated game room with billiards, air hockey, and ping pong gives kids and adults somewhere to land. Direct waterfront access out back.



Sleeping (sleeps 16):

- BR1: King + 2 Twin pull-outs

- BR2-6: Queen each

- Cots and air mattresses available for the largest groups



Inside: game room (billiards, air hockey, ping pong), board games, fully stocked group-sized kitchen, smart TVs with streaming, fast WiFi for remote work, linens and towels stocked.



Outside: private dock with direct Gulf access, dedicated kayak launch with 4 kayaks (paddles + life vests), outdoor coal-ignition fireplace with built-in grill for roasting, patio seating, and a yard stocked with pickleball, basketball, football, kids playground, and full beach amenities. Designed for the kind of family reunion or group trip where you don't run out of things to do.



Guest Access:

Enjoy full access to the entire Hernando Beach House, including the six bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. Outside, you can utilize the private dock for Gulf access, the kayak launch, and the backyard with its fire pit and grill. The game room with billiards, air hockey, and ping pong is also available for your enjoyment. Please note that the locked closet upstairs in the master bedroom and the locked closet beside the 4th bedroom towards the patio are off-limits.

Guests can enjoy scenic canal views, boating, kayaking, and fishing right from the backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and safe—perfect for morning walks, bike rides, or sunset cruises. Just minutes away you’ll find local seafood restaurants, beach bars, Weeki Wachee Springs, and Pine Island Beach. It’s a true hidden gem where relaxation meets adventure.



Getting Around:

Getting around Hernando Beach is easy! Free parking is available on the premises and on the street. For those flying in, Tampa International Airport (TPA) is approximately a 1-hour and 15-minute drive away. The Suncoast Parkway provides convenient access to the area. While public transportation is limited in Hernando Beach, ride-sharing services are available. Consider using a car for exploring the surrounding areas and attractions.
