The house comes with a pool table, foosball, kayaks, bikes , grill, and a heated pool ($25 per night additional). The pool heating is typically available from mid-October to mid-April, though colder days may affect the temperature. With delightful amenities and a prime location, this vacation home promises a memorable stay for the whole family.

- The home will sleep up to 13, but we do not permit anymore then 11 adults. (The cleaning fee covers up to 8 guest. It is $25 per person over the eight)

Need to Know
-Pets are strictly NOT allowed- Service animals should be mentioned at the time of booking
-Property is monitored by a camera at the entrance and another on the northeast corner looking to the backyard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID within 24hrs.
-Down payments are either $1000 or 10% of your total (whatever is greater-than)

**Golf Carts available for rent for $90 a night with a refundable deposit of $500. You do not have to rent the golf cart for your entire stay, however the last day of your rental must fall on the last day of your reservation with us. **

Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.


Please be advised: Due to our property management account with VRBO, we collect the remaining balance if you are outside the 60-day window after your check-in date and after your down payment has been made. Payment can be made via PayPal with a 4% convenience fee, Zelle with no fee, Venmo with no fee if sent as friends and family, check with no fee, or credit card with a 4% convenience fee. (only for the balance and not the initial down payment)

Note: Pool heaters ($25 per night additional) run from Nov 1-April 1 (if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower.
