スプリング ヒル墓地周辺のホテル

「スタッフがフレンドリーでした」

「アペックスセンター内にあり、徒歩圏内で、スーパー、レストランもありとても便利でした。」

「Staff doesn’t know what they doing」

「We arrived at around 6pm and the girl at the front desk was awesome. Got to our room the carpet by the ac unit was wet. It was a smaller spot so we just went to bed. The next morning went to take a shower , no hot water not even the sink. This is after spending half hour waiting for it. Upon checking out asked if there was hot water at the hotel. The man at front said no the boiler broke a few days ago and waiting on parts. Then he said we had to pay $10 ,for over night parking for the hotel....

「Nice service」

「受付スタッフの丁寧さに欠ける」

「The location was good, right off the high way, and close to high land shopping center. Staff was kind and helpful. Facilities are a bit outdated. I saw a broken light cover. And the heater sounds were a bit loud and disturb the night sleep, I felt like I only had shallow sleep next morning, which might be from combination of everything though.」

「All around wonderful. Friendly and helpful staff, clean room & property, nice complimentary breakfast.」
