「Family friendly. Overall great property for a quick beach weekend for the family. Staff is really nice and the people on the beach are very laid back.
Two downsides -1. the doors are really loud so if your kid is light sleeper you may be in for an early morning.
2. If you have a city view with a balcony then the designated smoking area is right below you. We couldn’t enjoy our balcony at all- two of us have asthma :( . 」

「Every employee I dealt with was very helpful and kind. The bus to and from the beach is perfect as it kept sand out of my car, zero park fees, and no driving! Exceptionally clean everywhere.
(I was cornered and captive in the elevator by an angry barking ankle-biter whose owner just stood there looking up! Maybe get them their own elevator
if they can’t behave in public…..)」
「Patrick Jordann and Shanice at front desk were awesome every day. Summer took care of ants on the balcony...yeah! We loved that it was quiet and the lazy river was awesome. Walked to beach for sunrises and sunsets. Loved everything about Orange Beach.」
「The tv in the master bedroom didn’t work. The sinks were slow to drain. When the dryer was on, it made the living room and kitchen area hot. The refrigerator leaked water on all food. 」
「There were broken things, towel big hole in wall, TP Dispencer in master. The electronics were very outdated, Dish Network was horrible to use, for 3 nite stay and the amount of money's i paid, it should of been way better」
「Terrible tenia mi reservacion pagada llegando al lugar me dijieron que mi resrvacion no estaba les mostre mis confirmaciones primero no sabian de quien era la unidad que me habian rentado no esncontraban ala persona encargada de esa unidad cuando me dieron el numero de contacto llame y me dijieron que esa unidad habia sido rentada dias antes de que llo la rentara entonces me dijieron que esa unidad se habia sobrevendido y no me solucionaron nada!!!! Pesimo servicio de esta propiedad no lo...
