A charming boutique hotel in the heart of the old town and palace. We stayed in the main building with 3 rooms. An ancient building converted into a lovely hotel. We never saw the nearby annex. The outdoor courtyard and breakfast was very good. The staff was also very helpful.

The room was very clean and comfortable.Location was great but nighttime noise from the square below was noticeable and at times awakening. The staff was exemplary. They were very helpful and friendly. They met us at the Uber drop off point as there was a walk into the hotel (~5mins) - no vehicle access). No elevators to get to our room but the staff helped hauling our bags up several floors.Breakfast was excellent.

Excellent stay at Villa Split. The location was perfect (right in the middle of the Old Town and Diocletian’s Palace), the room and hotel were clean, and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Very easy transfer from the airport organized by the hotel, where we were met at the edge of the old city to be walked in to the hotel. We were also given great recommendations for food and things to do upon arrival. The breakfast was very good and convenient as well. Would definitely recommend anyone coming to Split to stay here.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The room was beautiful, comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was delicious and had enough variety to satisfy all 6 of us in our party. The staff was so helpful. We had to catch a ferry to Dubrovnik and they had a staff member help carry our luggage and guide us. We had some hiccups with the ferry and the staff member stayed to help make sure we all got off ok. I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know who makes a trip to Split.

Stayed 3 nights in Split’s Old City and loved it. The hotel was small - only 6 rooms - which made it feel personal and quiet. Staff were really helpful with recommendations and made check-in easy. > Location is perfect for walking and exploring the Old City. You’re right by Diocletian’s Palace, so everything is on your doorstep - great restaurants, shops, and the waterfront are all within a few minutes. > If you want to stay right in the heart of Split with friendly service, this is a great pick.
