6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Amenities
Friendly staff and air conditioning was great - clean room but furniture a little older and amenities lacking. There’s towels and a hair dryer but one soap dispenser in the shower, had to buy some toiletries at the closest dm and some tissue paper. Well stocked on toilet paper and quiet for the most part unless on days guests check out and they are cleaning the rooms (between 9 to 10am). Basic room if you’re planning to be in and out it suffices

Location is great and it's close to old town. The challenge is that it's very hard to find parking in the area even for paid parking and the roads are narrow making it hard to get out once you are inside and no parking space are found. The owner is very prompt in replying to questions and facilities that needed adjustment. Please note that it is on 1st floor and there is no elevator so guests with mobility issue may find this a challenge.

The host Dino was very friendly and provided all information needed: from checking in to restaurant recommendations. The location is ideal - less than five minutes walking to old town but in a very quiet area. I would strongly recommend this property to travelers without car.
