ロケーションは最高ですがサービスが・・・

到着してチェックインしようとしましたが閉まっており、オーナーへ電話するも３０分以上待ちました。チェックアウトは隣のホテルにキーをドロップするだけですが、チェックアウトしてもオーナーから電話あり。管理があまりよろしくない印象を受けました。ただ、場所だけは最高です。

Great stay in the center of historical area!

This room is located in the center of historical area in Split. It is in the center, but not so noisy. I can hear the historical choir sounds from the room. So nice!! If you have a very heavy bag, the hotel staff can help you to carry it into your room. They are very friendly too!

The place was great and couldn’t ask for a better location, right next to the palace vestibule. Breakfast was superb and staff was great. Ivan went above and beyond.

Great location within Diocletian's palace. Very clean. Great breakfast included. Literally in the middle of everything but still private and quiet. Host was great. Would stay here again.

Excellent historical location. Comfy beds, AC, amazing views, super clean, one-of-a kind location far more special than a typical hotel. Stone and wood but completely updated amenities. To find it, go to the Hotel Vesibul, it’s 10 feet away. That’s also where you will have breakfast, and it’s an incredible breakfast! Loved our stay here and would definitely return.

The hotel has a few positives — the breakfast was good, the location is excellent, and we were able to arrange a late checkout. Unfortunately, the downsides outweighed these. The TV was not working, and when I contacted the host to report it, there was no response. The bathroom flooded whenever we took a shower, and upon arrival we found a dead bug and a chocolate wrapper on the floor, which raised concerns about cleanliness. If you’re only looking for a central location, this place delivers. Otherwise, it felt more like an Airbnb experience than a proper hotel stay.

We loved to be in the heart of old town. We were greeted with such great hospitality. People are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome. Room was very nice, quiet and clean, cold AC , great !

Adorable comfortable room right in the center of town, where we could tour the entire palace because we were just steps away! Super quiet, did not hear a single sound all night because the walls are solid stone. Ivan our host, picked us up from the airport for 35euros and whisked us right through traffic and got us situated. He was always available by phone for any questions or suggestions. Very safe area with many food and shopping options. Highly recommend! Breakfast included at Hotel Vestibule next door- delicious.
Blue dot is the location, inside the palace walls! Cathedral, vestibule, all the sights at your doorstep

A great stay in the heart of Split Old Town

A really comfortable stay in the heart of Split Old Town, with easy access to the Riva and bars/restaurants. The accommodation was great - clean bathroom, great shower, bed and surprisingly not as noisy as I thought it was going to be, in the centre. Breakfast in the courtyard in the mornings was great. Ivan was a great host.

Great location

The hotel is three rooms in a separate building. The location is great and the room is lovely, but there are some issues A lot of the space in the wardrobe and cupboards is taken up with storing linens. There aren’t any drawers to put clothes in. The wardrobe is only half height so impossible to store dresses. There is a kettle but no cups or coffee provided. The tv didn’t work and the door didn’t lock initially. The door lock was sorted really quickly but the tv didn’t All in all the location is the best thing about the hotel

Great room in Old Town.

Beautiful location in the old town. Just a few apartments/rooms in the building. Quiet on a little square. Amazing breakfast included at the hotel next door that had tables out on the small square. Good air conditioning (needed it!) and comfortable bed. All you need for a few days exploring Split.
