"Kind and welcoming staff. Fresh room, with great storage for hikers, cyclists and skiers. Best charging plugs and outlets we’ve found on our entire trip, very useful!! Restaurant food was delicious and reasonably priced compared to other options around town. Breakfast was traditional Euro continental so no bacon but cold meats, delicious cheeeses, and boiled egg station. On our way out they let us store our bags, and recommended a great spot for our picnic!! 5 stars!!"

"From the moment we arrived at Kempinski Palace Engelberg, we were completely enchanted. The hotel is the perfect blend of Swiss alpine charm and world-class luxury. Every detail — from the breathtaking mountain views to the elegant interiors — speaks of thoughtful design and impeccable hospitality. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. The concierge and front desk went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. Our room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and offered stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and every evening felt like a retreat into calm and comfort. The rooftop infinity pool and spa were a highlight — simply magical. Soaking in the heated pool while gazing at the snow-capped peaks is an unforgettable experience.
