"My stay was disappointing due to poor service. Housekeeping was non-existent—they gave us cleaning supplies instead of cleaning the room. They also charge extra for coffee refills, which felt unreasonable. The hammam only worked for one of the three days we were there. To make matters worse, I was double-charged and had to call five times, waiting over a week to get my money back. The reception was almost always empty, making it hard to address issues. "This hotel is steps away from the bus station and ferry pick up/drop off. Also a 3 minute walk from the Mark Twain point (beautiful scenery). The staff was the best hotel staff I have ever encountered and made us feel right at home 24/7. The dinner was fantastic and so much fun. We will be back in the summer! "
