"After using hotel.com now for a significant number of trips, I have come to realize that you definitely are out in rooms that they would not use if the person booked directly with the hotel. After arriving on a Friday, I spent the day enjoying Old Town Ljubljana. Truly a wonderful experience. I had an excellent dinner and sat outside at an outdoor cafe enjoying the city. I was woken up at 7:00 a.m by extremely loud banging, drilling and hammering. Turns out the building next door was gutted and is being completely renovated. My wall was directly next to this building. This is NOT the way you want to start your first morning in a new city. Building code in Ljubljana permits construction to begin at 7:00 a.m so I realized that this was what I would face during my stay. My room was adequate, and the breakfasts were lovely. The location is amazing. I did have an issue with the cold packs for my medication — I know a lot of travelers now face this and my cold packs must be kept frozen. When I departed, they were completely liquid and not even the slightest bit frozen which could have had resulted in serious medical issues for me. Between the construction and the issues with my medication, would not consider this hotel in a future visit to Ljubljana."

Par contre, le bar et la nourriture un peu abusivement cher. 9€ poir 2 tisane à la menthe, j’ai un peu fait le saut. Je recommande tout de même la place, j’y retournerais demain, mais je m’abstiendrais de commander du thé! 🙃"

"It was a very clean hotel. The staff was amazing and provided us with much kindness. The breakfast was very nice too! We loved it because it had plenty of underground parking (for a fee). Didn’t have to worry about finding a garage every time we left the hotel. Hotel is right in city center! Walkable to everything!"

"Loved the concept of the capsules. Disappointed that the tv in the capsule did not work.. found it quite warm at night even though there was some ventilation. The usb socket did not work in the capsule. Used tne power socket to recharge my phone. The usb sockets in the reception area on the seats did not work either. Regardless of these minor setbacks found the whole experience really enlightening and would stay again. The staff were also fantastic in reception. Very friendly. Really enjoyed the whole experience."
