「Great space. Even better than described. There is 5 bedrooms rather than 4. Plenty of room. The game room is away from rest of house so able to sleep when others want to hang out.」

「This was such a cute place. Very welcoming hosts. Comfortable and fun apartment in a great location. Thank you!!」

「Great location!」

「Very friendly and communicative host. Easy to get to and from campus!」

「Place was as advertised. Easy check in and easy communication with the host.」

「This was a perfect Bloomington getaway! The neighborhood is quiet and walking distance from downtown, and the house is furnished with everything you could need to be comfortable. The kitchen makes it easy to cook your own meals as well if you don't want to go out. Cyndi was wonderful to communicate with and made the booking and check-in/check-out processes very easy. I highly recommend booking this property if you are in need of a cozy, homey rental, either short- or long-term!」

「Spotless property! Excellent coffee! We will be back 」

「The bungalow was very well equipped. Cyndi was a great host with great communication and took extra steps to make our stay wonderful. We were there for my son’s graduation and she left special treats for him. Under normal circumstances great value. But as every place in Bloomington high prices during graduation weekend. Definitely recommend. 」

「Train wreckI will say Hosteva customer service finally got involved and provided and resolved disputed charges understanding the issues.」

「Loved the location. Driveway, laundry, everything you need. Quiet neighborhood can walk to Soma.」

「Very quiet rural area. About 15-20 minutes from IU campus. Jason was very responsive, great host. Plenty of parking, if you have more than one vehicle. We were there in 100 plus degree heat index weather and the air conditioning kept up quite nicely.」
