"Special thanks to the front desk staff Paul he’s really nice & friendly and made our stay exceptionally good. We stayed in chalet where is clean and well maintained. Parking is good as can park your car at the front of the room. Definitely will book again and highly recommended."

"This was by far the most joyful stay we had in Scotland. Beautiful views of the mountain range from the the common areas and the porches. We had a twin room on the second floor and while there is no AC, opening the windows cooled it down within the hour. Besides we were staying in a heat wave in late June which is highly unusual. Temps around 75 f. The common area is lovely and we enjoyed watching the World Cup. Furniture was comfy and because it was so nice, you felt welcomed to enjoy the common space. The host is so genuinely kind and helpful! The included breakfast is absolutely wonderful- get the porridge, you won’t regret it! My only suggestion is mattress toppers, but it’s also a personal preference. The room was super spacious as well!"

"Rooms are very basic but clean and modern in facilities. WiFi and reception is appealing but understandable considering the stunning mountains all round the hotel. Perfect location for either fort William or for a pit stop to north Scotland Only down was an annoying green light that’s in most of the rooms we’ve stayed in. Get it’s maybe to point to the way out in a fire but it lights up the rooms like a firework at night, not very restful! Beds comfy however and would still recommend"

"Our stay at Inverlochy Castle was the highlight of our two week London/Scotland trip! The grounds were beautiful, so definitely walk all the paths! The castle had a lovely sitting room for after dinner drinks. The pub down the road was the best meal I had in the two weeks- very fresh vegetables and salad. The salad dressing was delicious! All of the staff was exceptional and really made my daughter feel special during our stay as she was the youngest guest during our stay. I would definitely stay again! We miss it already!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Shepards Rest. Its a fun little adventure to get to the property that involves a single lane tunnel. So I suggest not making the mistake and arriving at night. The property is beautiful. Its listed as 1 bath, but it actually has 2 which was a pleasant surprise. I thought there was a washer AND dryer, but its just a washer and some clips that I believe means theres a drying rack but definitely no dryer. Spacious place, would definitely return. Beautiful outdoor surrounding and views of Ben Nevis to wake up to."
