「Hands down our best room in Scotland! The room & bathroom were spacious, immaculate, and warmly decorated. Everything you might possibly need was provided - a plethora of complimentary snacks & beverages, wonderful local soaps & lotions, a hair dryer (lacking in 2 of our previous rooms). Small little kindnesses like a tiny flashlight attached to the room key & umbrellas provided in the room , lots of hanging & hook space. It was just a lovely lovely room with numerous extras that set it...

「Confusing checkin. Building was covered with scaffolding so we could not find it. Directions to get into the building were confusing and took going through numerous emails to finally figure things out. Two other guests were equally confused so it wasn't just us. Window in the bathroom would not close or open. Parking was a nightmare as "ignoring the no overnight parking" sign is difficult advice to follow for rule following Canadians!」

「The loch view was great! We thought we had the room without the private deck and we were placed into suite 1 upon arrival. Sadly it was rainy and a bit chilly to fully enjoy the deck but the view was spectacular. We thought we would hear traffic due to the ferry but we never heard a thing. The room is well sound proof. The breakfast muffins, yogurt and fresh juice and milk was a great touch since there is limited food in the area. When we come through again in the future, we will look here first...

「This property is exactly as described. It was clean and cozy and so peaceful. The Cow Hill Circular trail is accessible via Angus crescent which is a short walk away. Parking is included which was wonderful. We had a car which made going to town centre very easy, but you could walk (it would be steep uphill getting back) but doable. There also seemed to many buses as well. This felt like a country retreat.」
