"Stained and stinky sofa bed. Unclear communication on check in/out process. Check in office was unstaffed at the time of check in. I don't think we'll stay at other Vacasa properties again. "

"This is a STUDIO - not a 3 bedroom condo.
Not sure what the "3 Br Condo" means in the title of it.
Booking was handled through Red Awning so I don't know if they didn't have the original 3 bedroom available I had booked so they stuck me in a studio? Not cool.
The condo is at River Mountain Lodge which is the perfect location a block away from downtown and just crossing 1 street and a parking lot to the gondola. River Mountain Lodge is my favorite place to stay in Breck, just avoid this...

"There are very few homes that can accommodate our growing family of eight adults and seven grandchildren. This gorgeous home was perfect. Breckinridge, Frisco, Vail and Leadville are easily accessible. This was our family’s favorite VRBO of all. From the gourmet kitchen to the many games and home theater, it was perfect for all of us. The kids enjoyed playing in the large hot tub and the activities at Copper Mountain. They also loved having two bedrooms to share as kid zones. Our family is very busy and this is the seventh time we have treated everyone to an end of summer retreat. It’s such a pleasure to see our adult children bonding and our grandchildren giggling and playing together. The accommodations helped to make this trip so special. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Of note: this property has three floors. This wasn’t an issue for us, but if it is for you, confirm that the elevator is functioning. "

"Wonderful space for our large group of 4 families with 5 children. We love the open kitchen, dining and living room floor concept which includes a counter with barstools and a round table that sparks great conversation at the end of the day. Leslie is prompt in responding to questions and concerns. We’ve made this an annual family get-together 3 years in a row."

"Great place to stay in copper mountain area. Large enough for our extended family group. The lodge met all of our needs for a summertime stay, with excellent hospitality. The lodge is a wonderful place to stay and felt like a home away from home. We saw a moose right off of the balcony and had fun hiking, biking and kayaking/paddle boarding in the area. "
"We were there for a wedding at the Aerie, so proximity to the gondola was important and the reason we booked it. We’re so glad we did! We absolutely loved the vibe of the condo—spacious, great views, and tastefully decorated. It was stocked with all the amenities we needed. We were a little disappointed that the hot tub was out of commission, but other than that, we had a great stay. We would definitely stay there again!"
