"I love staying here while visiting the Crowsnest Pass. The location is fantastic, and the staff has been consistently delightful. The rooms are nice and spacious, and the linens are clean. The fridge is big enough to keep some drinks and food on hand, and the bathrooms are small but functional. And we had a small table and chairs to play cards at and eat. Which makes my 2-3 day stay more comfortable. My room had a bathtub and shower - and the bathtub had a lower profile. Pet friendly -...

"We found the rooms could have been cleaner. Other than check-in we didn't have any cause to speak to staff. Air conditioning was great!! The motel is a little tired and could use some updating. Linens could also be improved on."

"We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and had a good stay. The room was very clean and quite comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only negative we experienced was a squeaky floor overhead (we were on the main floor) which was a bit of an annoyance, especially in the morning."

"Unfortunately the elevator was broken, they did send a message just before we arrived so we could prepare for that. They could not provide conditioner due to a shipment problem. My niece cut her foot on the pool tile and they could not provide bandaids when we asked the front desk…..they said they were out of those too. The breakfast was good and the area was kept clean. The gentleman at the front desk in the morning was pleasant to deal with when checking out. We made the mistake in forgetting...
