"This is a basic hotel that was clean and comfortable during my stay. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and Wi-Fi worked without issues. It’s not a fancy property, but it was well maintained and met expectations for the price, which was around $120 per night. For Boca Raton this was a solid deal!"

"Wonderful location! Spacious 2 -bedroom condo right across the street from the beach, a short walk to a nature center, and just down the road from Downtown Boca and Mizner Park. The host was very responsive and sent maintenance right away to fix an AC issue. "

"The sliders didn't work in the living room. The door handle was broken off in the second-floor bedroom slider. What a bummer when you are on the ocean and you can use the balcony. The did send a guy who took pictures, but it was never repaired during our stay. The ceiling fan in the living room had no remote, so we could not use it. I had to go out and buy fans. The third floor NEVER got BELOW 80 degrees. It was oppressive up there! We had to search for the other remotes. The place was dirty. It goes on..."

"There is no kitchen. The only water is from the bathroom. There IS a microwave, toaster oven, hot water carafe, and a refrigerator/freezer. But no ice and no ice trays. No utensils except disposable and paper plates. Not even a corkscrew or bottle opener. Lovely backyard, but no grill or BBQ. Spacious screened in porch. Very minimalist furniture. Wi-fi & TV in bedroom. Good place for a short stay. "
