The elevators were on the fritz for almost my whole stay. Not ideal when staying on the 5th floor but everyone was super friendly so that partially made up for it.

The hotel is clean, staff members are polite, rooms are clean, my only reason for 5 stars and not 6 is that the desk attendee was not at his location for almost 15 min. and myself along with other guest was just waiting for someone to attend to us. They should have some sort of bell or door bell, something to alert them that guest are their once they are in the back room.
