"The house and pool were both clean. Property is a 3 minute walk to the beach. There are lots of good restaurants close by and a Walmart and grocery store is a 2 minute drive away. For us older folks I would suggest that a handicap rail be installed in the master bedroom walk-in shower and there are lots of sand spurs in the yard (ouch) so I wouldn't recommend walking barefooted in the grass but other than those two things the property is terrific. Neither of the two items I mentioned are deal...

"Charming family home within walking distance of the beach and amenities. There were a number of maintenance issues that were direct contractions to the online listing that could easily be fixed. This home is in a very quiet neighborhood - perfect for families. Thank you for sharing your home."

"This property is beautiful, spotless, and has gorgeous oceanfront views. The owners were very easy to communicate with, and were prompt to answer any inquiries we had. Royal Mansions is a lovely, gated oceanfront community in Cape Canaveral. This particular unit does have several sets of stairs, but the effort is well worth it! Tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen and panoramic ocean views, this unit is a win-win! We hope to stay again sometime."
