Fantastic fantastic fantastic my husband and I could not have been any happier with this fantastic property location location location as well fantastic

We have stayed here many times and ALWAYS enjoyed our stay. The rooms are well kept, the grounds are immaculate and the breakfast is wonderful. I'm a little afraid to post this review because after this it maybe too hard for us to get a room in the future......

Liked the overall size, not to crowded and no children.

Another amazing trip. I stayed with this company several years ago when I came down for a cruise. The rates were good. The house was very clean. We had a smoke detector where the battery was out and it beeped all night. We contacted staff and although maintenance doesn't work on weekends they fixed the problem quickly Will definitely return again.

Quant, well maintained B and B in a small town next to future crazy good rails to trails path.

Very relaxing, get the beach view, you will love the sunrises...

Wonderful hotel! Great location. Located very close to cruise port. Hotel offer cruise parking and shuttle for guest. The bar altitude 360 offers spectacular views of cape canaveral, especially at night! The bar drinks are amazing, I thoroughly enjoyed the rocket fuel runner cocktail which was hand crafted by the wonderful bartender. Highly recommend! I will stay here everytime I'm in the area.

We were on a road trip just looking for a place to spend the night. We booked online and even though we arrived late and the office was alredy closed, we got our keys and were also able to leave before the office opened. Inside we found a lovely little house perfekt to prepare some dinner and more than enough space to sleep. Thanks for a very nice stay, I can recommend it to anyone!! (If you plan to stay longer than one night you schoud know, that the beach is only a ew steps away)

Space launch window viewing area, clean and excellant staff.

I thought the additional parking fee was over-the-top. We paid $155. They seemed quick to hit us with the extra parking charge, but not so quick to offer the extra mile service that Marriott used to be known for.

Nice property.

Checked in found room and necessities to be clean, modern and well stocked. It was an enjoyable stay. Personnel were friendly, Professional and attentive.

Great location on the Ocean, beautiful walkable beach, with several dining/bar options.

I love courtyards. Always clean and comfort. Slept amazingly and the staff was all so helpful.

We chose it for closeness to the airport and closeness to the friends we were visiting.

Was great. Really nice suites with great view of the ocean. We’ll be back

We will stay here again. The location is good with a nice view of the river from the 2nd story deck off our room. The price was reasonable. The included breakfast and Happy Hour was a bonus as well as the friendly and informative innkeepers Ginny and Dennis. It was a nice change of pace from the regular chain hotels in the area. Staff was very attentive and helpful with anything we needed. Pool area was very nice as well as the overall room stay. Very close to the ports if you are doing a cruise it is a convenient location.
