「This was a beautiful place to stay. We did have to walk down the road a short way to get to the path out to the beach but we really enjoyed our stay. There were snacks in the refrigerator and a gas grill outside that we would have used if we had stayed longer. Thank you for the nice place to stay. 」

Regardless, if apartment is advertised as sleeps 4, owner should provide a bed or a pull out couch/chair to accommodate the count of quests. Apartment feels run down. floor was dirty on arrival.
