「SPA の温泉に近く、早めに着いてしまったので　先に温泉に行く時　ホテルのバスタオルなどを貸してくれた。受付のMIKEという人の対応がとてもよかった。」

「Schöne, alte Villa mit Komfort, die gesamte Einrichtung, vom Zimmer (groß, gemütliche Betten, eigener Balkon) über den Frühstücksraum (tolles Buffet mit allem, was man braucht) bis hin zum Aufenthaltsraum sehr liebevoll gestaltet, Thierry ist ein herzlicher Gastgeber, wir kommen gern wieder. 」

「ホテルに直結しているテルメ・ド・スパへ行くことが主目的だったので、その目的の為には最適のホテルでした。室内も清潔で快適。朝食付きでしたがとても美味しかったです。スパの街を歩くのにも便利なロケーションですし、私たちは電車利用でしたが駅も２駅が徒歩圏でした。テルメ・ド・スパの割引は１日時間制限なしのコースのみ５ユーロ割引です。それについてはあまりメリットがないと感じました。他のバリエーションもあると良いと思いました。が、山の上にあるテルメ・ド・スパへバスローブで行けてロープウェイ代もかからないのは便利なので、テルメ・ド・スパへ行く時にはリピートしたいホテルです。」

「View from room lake side is good. But restaurant did not accept our dog. So we were forced to take dinner outside. So it was not possible to enjoy hotel life together with family. We selected this hotel because it was allowed to stay with dog. So we hope hotel would indicate that dog is not allowed in restaurant clearly as information before the booking. 」

「Nice small hotel, friendly staff. Rooms are in good condition, likely renovated lately, only small minus comes from beds and pillows, not the best quality and pillows were so big and full, it was hard to use those. Good location in the middle of the lovely Spa. Would come again!」

「Overall understaffed. The food in the restaurant was not the best but good portions. Order-taking and service took long due to short staff. Walls were very thin and all of the doors closed with a large slam, making it very sleep-disruptive in the morning and night. The shower door of my room was broken. The reception staff was friendly and sincere but there is only so much one person can pull. Needs more staff. 」
