「SPA の温泉に近く、早めに着いてしまったので　先に温泉に行く時　ホテルのバスタオルなどを貸してくれた。受付のMIKEという人の対応がとてもよかった。」

「ホテルに直結しているテルメ・ド・スパへ行くことが主目的だったので、その目的の為には最適のホテルでした。室内も清潔で快適。朝食付きでしたがとても美味しかったです。スパの街を歩くのにも便利なロケーションですし、私たちは電車利用でしたが駅も２駅が徒歩圏でした。テルメ・ド・スパの割引は１日時間制限なしのコースのみ５ユーロ割引です。それについてはあまりメリットがないと感じました。他のバリエーションもあると良いと思いました。が、山の上にあるテルメ・ド・スパへバスローブで行けてロープウェイ代もかからないのは便利なので、テルメ・ド・スパへ行く時にはリピートしたいホテルです。」

「Wunderschönes Hotel, der Spa Bereich ist fantastisch. Der Service und das Personal sind sehr zu vorkommend. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind super sauber, alles neuwertig, mit Whirlpool ausgestattet. Das Gepäck wird am Empfang sofort entgegengenommen und aufs Zimmer gebracht und das Auto von einem Pagen in die Tiefgarage gefahren. Tiefgaragenstellplatz gegen Gebühr was in Ordnung ist. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt, bis zum nächsten mal. 」

「We stayed here at this hotel because we travelled to Spa in the middle of the flood incident in Wallonia Region. The train and buses were stopped and cancelled, we rushed to book this place. : the train station and bus stops were near the hotel, so it was convenient for us to go round. There was a big supermarket that's 2min away from the hotel. The hotel was surrounded by the trees and nature so, it was very peaceful and quiet. There was a table tennis table where you can play and refresh....
