「My family wanted this to be a 5 star vacation rental but unfortunately it was not. The ice maker in the refrigerator is broken. The local team did send a kid who dropped 2 bags of ice off which was nice. But for the rate they charge for the condo they can afford to replace the fridge. The jacuzzi tub was disgusting. Filled it up, turned on the jets and BAM it was full of black gunk that blew out of the jets. They offered to send housekeeping but I refused because it should have been cleaned...

「We’ve been coming to Copper Chase at Brian Head for the past 4 years for our annual group ski trip.Our family has stayed in this location twice and 2 other rooms from this same owner the two years prior to that. The rooms have always had everything we needed, communication has always been ongoing and very clear, and we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay with family and friends every year. The location is about an hour away from Zion. there are multiple restaurants of all categories and prices. The kitchen was fully equipped. The whole apartment was a perfect spot to rest and had everything we needed. Towels, use of two resort pools. lazy river, hot tub. 「Pros:- location- great amenities (hot spa, pool, coin laundry, air hockey)Cons: - old and musty carpet and sofa- pull out bed was missing a couple springs. Very uncomfortable for adults, it might work for little kids.」

「We booked through hotel.com, so I thought there might be a check-in desk because we never received a welcome email with the unit number or the door code. It took me a while to find a phone number for hotel.com, but they were able to find a person to send the welcome email, and everything was wonderful after that! (On a side note, another couple in the parking area told me they had the same problem, so be sure you have your welcome email before you get there.)」
