"The shampoo and conditioner was too little for a family, only one tiny bottle. The room was clean, and renovated, but the pool surround needed a much better cleaning. "

"We had issues with the water broken pipes was fix the same day but we weren’t notified about it and water is warm lukewarm no hot water "

"My third time staying at Crowne Plaza Kitchener. The staff is exceptional! They even remembered me! Always extremely professional, kind, accommodating, and patient. My upgraded room was so comfortable and clean. Aqua, the restaurant, is delicious and the wait staff is wonderful. I also used the fitness centre this visit. Was surprised at how many options for working out are available. An exercise room, pool, bowling alley, putt putt golf! I will be staying there again soon!"
