「Microwave didn’t work - start button wouldn’t press in. SPA bath was very stained and you wouldn’t use it. Bed was comfortable but no fresh air being on the ground floor and windows against the walkway for travellers walking by. It would be unsafe to leave the windows open at night. Didn’t use the AC as it looked dusty. Floor behind the 2 red chairs had not been vacuumed for a long time, No plates or knife just 2 teaspoons. Would have been nice to be able to have a plate for our toast.」
