「I booked an Elite Twin Room, City View for 2 nights at this accommodation. When we're about to checked in the middle of the night, they told us that they were overbooked. They said they didn't see my reservation or maybe they sold my room to other people. I was so angry and cancelled my stay here and asked for a refund from Expedia. Luckily the Expedia agent was very helpful and proceed my refund right away after confirming to the accommodation. I booked a grab car from the airport to this...

「It's the typical guest house rooms by the water. They have 2 locations, I didn't know this when I book after my friend book with them. They send me to the other side of the water. We had to carry 2 heavy luggage over the bridge. No elevators to 3rd floor. Room is basic, typical shower without cover so water can get everywhere. The staff are friendly and nice though. Great balcony view. They do give you new towels and water. Place is quiet enough. Bed is on the harder side. We were not lucky, but...
