The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room to kick your feet up after a day of walking. Bring a good book and enjoy listening to the birds chirping from the private courtyard!

You will have complete access to this one bedroom apartment located under Monkees Boutique. Steps from all the downtown shops, restaurants and breweries, you can't get closer to the action than this charming space.

First time to Southern Pines? This location is easily walkable to the immediate downtown area. A quick walk to local coffee shops, restaurants, breweries and wine shops.

Wife and I spent our 25th anniversary in Pinehurst and Southern Pines. Had a beautiful weekend and a wonderful relaxing time. Enjoyed having coffee and a drink on the front patio.

This quaint apartment was the delight of our latest trip to Southern Pines to spend the holidays with our family. Clean, full kitchen, separate bedroom, huge closet, tub with shower and even a washer dryer helped us to feel at home. Full size fridge was great! Two tvs that worked beautifully and a sweet LR space was cozy. Plenty of blankets and bedding and towels… Gated patio with lock made us feel even safer. We can’t wait to return.

Convenient apartment for downtown southern pines and twenty minutes to Carolina horse park. Easy parking and good place with all the amenities. Super firm mattress which you either love or hate. Adorable courtyard

We had a very nice stay in southern pines. The location was awesome, steps to restaurants, shops and parks. The courtyard was beautiful and made entering and exiting the property a special treat.

Found this to be a great location and so pet friendly - courtyard was quaint and I loved the feel of the inside. Certainly a great place for an individual and their small fur baby. Enjoyed the restaurants shopping and excellent places to take a walk. Very quiet in the evenings . Will certainly stay again.
