「This was a nice spacious place and a great value. Unfortunately it smelled of cigarette smoke. Our host was wonderful, very responsive and quick to accommodate our needs by providing a fan to air out the apartment after which it smelled a little better. Our guess is the downstairs resident is a smoker and it wafts up to the apartment. We especially like the disco lamp in the living room - a fun quirky touch!」

「The property manager took an hour to communicate back with me after being locked out and given the incorrect access code in the booking. The phone number listed was a business number not open on the weekends. The host made me feel like I was stupid and at the wrong property. This is the worst experience I have ever had using a vacation property rental host. 」

「The VRBO itself was charming and nostalgic for a girls weekend. However, it was dirty. Cobwebs, dust, dead bugs and a coffee pot that we cleaned. It would have been helpful to know about the steep stairs on arrival. Luckily, we were all able to make stairs but if you have knee or joint issues probably skip this VRBO. The train was also an issue. The noise machines did not help our party as we heard the trains and horns at all hours. It was okay.」
