「This location is in the shaw building and is right next door to the Howard theater. It was easy for uber/lyft to find and is convenient to get to/from the airport and other places in DC. 「The property was nice. The scenery was very inviting and relaxing. The queen room was nice, all the charm and character of an old home was present. Breakfast consisted of a hot prepared meal, was delicious. The inn keeper was not very welcoming and inviting. When we arrived, instantly he was very grouchy and complained about how we booked the reservation. It was very off-putting. 「The location and neighborhood of the apartment are amazing! Walking distance to anything you might want to do with some restaurants really close by. Check in was really easy. A couple of comments: We were only able to get one kitchen burner to work (slight chance that it could have been user error, but couldn’t get one to light) and the “grill” outside needed charcoal, which we would have used but weren’t willing to buy charcoal for, so keep that in mind if you want to cook. 「Check-in was easy if you follow the information sent by the host. He is very responsive to communication and attentive to the check-in process. The apartment is spacious and clean. It is in a very good area with clear signage marked for roadways. It was perfect for visiting family the area as it is just off I95 and easy to get around from its location.
