「This location is in the shaw building and is right next door to the Howard theater. It was easy for uber/lyft to find and is convenient to get to/from the airport and other places in DC. The apartment was SPACIOUS!!! 2 bedrooms and 2 baths but the open living room/kitchen concept was nice. There was a washer/dryer and plenty of dishes to use. 「This weekend was an anniversary gift for my daughter and her husband. They had a wonderful time and were highly complimentary of the accommodations, the delicious breakfast and the location.」

「Great spot with easy walking downtown or to the Academy. Very nice sitting rooms downstairs with fresh pastries for breakfast. 」

「This was our first time in Washington and I would caution everyone to avoid NW if possible. Was convenient to the DC Streetcar however the unit is located almost directly over a liquor store and the walk to it was dicey. I wasn't aware but apparently pot is legal and used openly in public. Would not have brought the kids had I been warned. The unit itself was TINY. We felt pretty safe being on the 3rd floor but it was quite noisy from the traffic and late night partiers across the street....

「Pictures and description were accurate. Owner very nice, but procedures could have been more forthcoming. Beds, pillows and towels were excellent. Window AC was below average in sweltering heat and not the best. Nice seating and tables, just small. When there was an issue, owner was on top of it. Overall positive stay. 2 BR cheaper than 2 hotel rooms. 」

「What a great little apartment! Close to both the METRO and Adams-Morgan, one of my favorite neighborhoods in DC. Neat and clean. Our host, April, was most helpful, both during our stay snd as we prepared to come. Looking forward to coming back!!!」
